Lifehouse Thanksgiving Dinner
Rotarians Serving Thanksgiving Dinner at Life House
By: Dan Dock
Although the weather interfered with our Annual Meeting with Kiwanis on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving (cancelled due to the blizzard), Rotarians nevertheless worked to serve over 135 Thanksgiving meals to children and teens some of whom are homeless. Nothing went to waste and the many statements of Thankfulness were touching. WDIO TV was there and did a great job to capture the event for the evening news. A huge thank you to all who helped make this event a huge success!
