Duluth Downtown Council Outreach Specialist

As Downtown Duluth grappled with rising homelessness issues, the Greater Downtown Council took a bold step last year to add an Outreach Specialist to its Clean & Safe Team.  This position was rooted in the concept of assisting unsheltered individuals while also assisting businesses.  Hear more about some of the challenges as well as the early success stories from Outreach Specialist Renee Graves.
