Lester River Rendezvous
Lester River Rendezvous is a fall festival that has been held in the heart of Lester Park for 25 years. On the 4th Thursday & Friday in September, Education Days provide 500+ students a full day field trip experiencing a historic hands on voyageur village learning about the early fur trading era. The final day, Saturday, the park is open to the community to come explore the voyageur village, craft vendors, petting zoo, food trucks, and a kid’s carnival.
Lindsey is a lifelong, Duluth resident, residing in Lakeside/Lester Park. She has been going to the Lester River Rendezvous as long as she can remember. She is passionate helping her community come together and thrive. In her day job, she works as an Insurance Advisor with both personal and commercial insurances at Bell Insurance, is a member of Skyline Rotary, a committee member of the Arrowhead Builders Association, and a board member for Downtown Duluth. She enjoys anything outdoors – hiking, gardening, and traveling. Additionally, loves spending her time with her family, especially at her cabin.
