Frank Randall was 22 years old when he became a charter member of Club 25 in 1911. His classification was General Law; he was an attorney with Clapp & Randall located in rooms 207-8 in the Providence Building.
Randall was born in 1889 in Minnesota. Both his parents were born in Minnesota as well. In 1911, Randall lived at 222 W. 3rd Street. Shortly after, he married his wife Stella L., and moved to 2124 E. 5th Street.
By 1013, his law partner, Harvey S. Clapp, became Duluth's new City Attorney, and Randall joined Warner E. Whipple to create the firm of Whipple & Randall, at 606 Providence Building.
Randall had 4 children. A son John was born in 1913; twin girls Polly E. and Mercy J. were born in 1915; and a son Gordon S. was born in 1919. In 1922, Randall and his family moved to Omaha, Nebraska.
